1. Acceptance of terms

By using PostNinja you accept these terms of service. If you do not accept the terms you must not use the service.

2. Service description

PostNinja is a tool for scheduling and publishing posts on social media. The service is provided "as is". You are solely responsible for the content you create and publish through PostNinja.

3. Permitted use

You must not use PostNinja to:

• Publish illegal, harmful, threatening, offensive or fraudulent content.
• Send spam or mass mailings without the recipient's consent.
• Violate the social media platforms' own terms of service.
• Attempt to disrupt, hack or overload the service infrastructure.

4. Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. PostNinja is not responsible for missed publications due to outages at social media platforms, API changes or scheduled maintenance.

6. Payment and subscription

The Pro subscription is billed monthly. You can cancel the subscription at any time. No refund is made for an in-progress billing period unless otherwise agreed.

7. Intellectual property

All content you create belongs to you. PostNinja claims no ownership over your content. You grant PostNinja the right to store and process the content to the extent required to provide the service.

8. Limitation of liability

PostNinja is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service during the last three months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. You can terminate your account at any time via settings or by contacting us.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled in Swedish courts.
